Shanti or शान्ति in sanskrit, means peace, rest, calmness, tranquility, or bliss

Flow encapsulates “the state of flow” a term used in Psychology which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energised focus, full involvement, and enjoyment.

ShantiFlow was born to help people find the balance between mind and body. Through Personal, Training, Yoga and Massage you can be guided towards this balance. In addition to these services we can offer guidance on lifestyle and nutrition.

The founder, Ady Hayhoe, has been practicing Yoga for over 10 years and hold her 500hr TTC, has BSc in Psychology, L3 Diploma in Personal Training, Exercise Referral & Sports Massage among other qualification.

Her aim is to combing her knowledge of the mind and body and help people unlock their own potential. Using the three elements of ShantiFlow.

Ady also has a huge passion for adventure and the outdoors. When she’s not teaching yoga you will find her paddle boarding, open water swimming, hiking up snowy mountain and camping out.
