PERSONAL TRAINING

Focusing on functional movement training which includes strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. 

We will first discuss and set goals together and then will will measure your progress towards these goals each session and adjust them as needed.

The emphasis will not only be on the body but also on the mind and how to support behavioural change.  Also, where necessary nutritional advice can be offered as often (especially with weight loss) this is a key element which needs addressing.

During sessions you can expect to use kettlebells, dumbells, steps, resistance bands, boxing pads, TRX and stability balls as well as many functional body weight movements.
